7902 – The ITR isn’t integrated into the MEW DB
Issue Summary: [7902] ITR is not integrated into the MEW DB due to BPA Server issues, specifically DI API Integration Service being stopped.
Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by restarting the Integration Service, which allowed the POs to be updated and integrated properly. The root cause identified was a related SLD down issue that caused the Integration Service to stop running.
