7665 – Can’t copy and paste files between the RDP session and the local PC
Issue Summary: [7665] SHILOG33 user is unable to copy and paste files between the RDP session and the local PC in both directions.
Resolution / Workaround: The issue occurred only for the user SHILOG33, while other users were fine. The support team will follow up again tomorrow as the user is on leave today.
