7002 – Urgent: Database Backup Required for APQ – Year-End Closing Process
Issue Summary: [7002] APQ Electric Co., Ltd. requested a database backup and restoration to support the Year-End Closing process in their UAT environment.
Resolution / Workaround: The Support Team took a fresh backup of the LIVE_SBOAPQ database at 5:00 PM and successfully restored it to the UAT database (UAT_SBOAPQ). The client was informed that they could proceed with the required Year-End Closing activities in the UAT database as planned.
