6748 – Year End Closing

Issue Summary: [6748] The customer requested assistance with the Year End Closing process, specifically for the periods April 2023 to December 2023 and January 2024 to March 2024.

Resolution / Workaround: The support team completed the Year-End process in the Testing Database and then successfully executed it in the Live Database. A full backup was required before proceeding with the Live Database process, which took approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
