Resolution / Workaround: The support team guided MIFIDA through the process of reviewing Profit and Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (BS) reports for branches. They also scheduled a meeting to carry out the Year-End Closing Process in the testing database. The process was successfully executed in the Live Database for 61 branches, with MIFIDA’s team verifying the amounts of respective accounts and reports.
