Issue Summary: [6513] SAP software error preventing printing of account number LOHLOG18.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was investigated by the support team, and it was found that the problem may be caused by a network connection issue. A screenshot was provided to demonstrate successful printing on their end, and the user was advised to try again from their side.
