6418 – Request for create posting period 2025

Issue Summary: [6418] Request to create posting period for year 2025, including creating Numbering Series and updating Period Indicator.

Resolution / Workaround: The support team worked with the client to create the Numbering Series 2025 for AR Invoices by updating the Period Indicator of the Primary Series to ‘Default’. The client was also advised to create the rest of the document numbering series in the Live Database, ensuring that all users were logged out during the process. Additionally, the support team provided guidance on how to set up the Document Numbering Series for 2025 and ensured that transactions posted with a posting date of 01-01-2025 used the correct Series.
