7261 – Request for System Configuration and Enhancements 5

Issue Summary: [7261] LOG user cannot open incoming payment and wants to view invoices as Full paid or Partial paid, requiring access to ‘Total’, ‘Applied Amount’ and ‘Balance due’.

Resolution / Workaround: As the standard report cannot fulfill their requirements, their KSH team will instead develop an Excel report.
