7450 – Can’t add a new approval person in PO approval stage

Issue Summary: [7450] Error adding new approval person in PO approval stage due to draft documents associated with the stage.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was caused by draft documents in a Pending or Approved status that were still linked to the approval stage. To resolve this, the drafts needed to be cleared by either rejecting the pending documents or adding the approved documents to Purchase Order documents. The customer was advised to identify and clear the drafts, which would allow them to modify the approval stage and add new authorizers.
