7667 – Linking of Sales Employee and Owner

Issue Summary: [7667] Customer inquiry about the impact of changing the ‘Owner’ field on invoices, where both Sales Employee and Owner are manually selected.

Resolution / Workaround: The system is configured to calculate separate sales commissions based on the setup in the SAP system. Since Data Ownership is disabled and there are no links between Users, Employees, and Sales Employees, changing the Owner will not impact financial processes, reporting, access rights, or any core system functions.
