6973 – Previous question was automatically answered ‘No’

Issue Summary: [6973] The ‘Remember My Answer’ checkbox was previously selected with the ‘No’ option, causing a message to appear when trying to perform an AR invoice return.

Resolution / Workaround: To resolve this issue, follow these steps: Go to Administration > Setup > General > Message Preferences. Find the message you wish to reset and right-click on it. Select Remove to delete the saved response.
