7118 – Request to check SAP A/P Credit Memo Error

Issue Summary: [7118] Error creating AP credit memo with ‘No matching records found ‘G/L Account’ (ODBC-2028) [Message 131-183]’ error message.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue occurs because the GRPO is already linked to a landed cost document. To resolve, cancel the landed cost document first and then proceed to create the credit memo.
