Issue Summary: [6993] B2B Sales Order issue with SAP, voucher not found, and cancelled transactions causing errors.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by re-sending the transactions that were prepared. The team also created a group chat to improve progress in resolving the issues. Additionally, they identified that the problem was caused by server errors and data inconsistencies due to Service Layer issues in SAP. The transactions were resent on June 20, 2025, and the ticket was closed on July 7, 2025.
