6773 – Territory & Properties Change Automatically in BP Master Data for Pro02 user

Issue Summary: [6773] The territory and properties for Pro02 user’s business partners were changing automatically in the BP Master Data, causing an error.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by updating the territory master data using the imported master file. The mismatched territory data between the database and the imported master file was checked and updated accordingly. Additionally, a special review was required for Business Partners created with mismatched correct territories.
