Issue Summary: [6755] The customer was unable to change the ‘Manage by Item’ setting from ‘None’ to ‘Serial or Batch’ in SL Healthcare Thailand due to committed and ordered quantities.
Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by ensuring that there were no open documents (such as sales orders or purchase orders) that referenced the item with committed or ordered quantities. Once the commitments and orders were cleared, the customer could proceed to change the ‘Manage Item By’ setting.
