6385 – Financial year Closing

Issue Summary: [6385] The account department required guidance on closing the 3-year financial year, including what to do and what to avoid.

Resolution / Workaround: A user manual for the Year-End process was provided with step-by-step instructions. The Year-End process was successfully completed in the Testing Database through March 2023, and then in the Live environment up to March 2023. Regular backups were taken before proceeding with the Year-End process in the Live environment.
