Issue Summary: [6409] Client requested assistance with financial closing for RE, specifically Year-End Closing Process for Fiscal Year 2024.

Resolution / Workaround: The support team provided the client with a Year-End Closing Procedure document and scheduled meetings to review last year’s end transactions in the system. They also demonstrated the Year-End Closing Process in the Testing Database and recommended using Retained Earnings Account for the Year-End Closing.
