6623 – To Change the posting in the closed return document

Issue Summary: [6623] Customer requested to change the posting date of a closed return document from February 4, 2025 to January 24, 2025.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was caused by selecting ‘Reopen Doc. by Creating Returns/Goods Returns/Credit Notes Based on Doc.’ in Document Settings → Per Doc Tab. The support team suggested reviewing the report for two months combined instead of analyzing it month by month, which resolved the customer’s request.
