7581 – Sea Lion Data base-Issue_No actual SO or ITR for committed

Issue Summary: [7581] Committed quantity not showing actual Sales Order (SO) or Internal Transfer Request (ITR) in the Sea Lion Database, despite stock allocation.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was caused by Sales Orders with a ‘Not Confirmed’ status originating from the Shopify integration. To resolve this, it is suggested to review the Inventory Status Report and close any documents that no longer require further action to reduce the committed quantity.
