8425 – some account codes are missing

Issue Summary: [8425] Some account codes are missing when viewing the Balance Sheet Report for a specific user in IMEPPro02.

Resolution / Workaround: The root cause was identified as different Balance Sheet report templates being used by Pro02 and Fin02 users. The issue was resolved by applying the same template for both users.
