Issue Summary: [8422] Duplicate item lines were appearing in the Sales Invoice Print Preview, causing discrepancies in total amounts.
Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by investigating and identifying that the problem occurred when items with different brands were included. The solution involved granting access to the server hosting SAP Crystal Reports and providing a Manager account to facilitate further investigation. After verifying the report, it was confirmed that the duplicate item line issue had been resolved.
