8393 – sap software freezing/hanging

Issue Summary: [8393] System hanging and slow performance due to high CPU usage when running ‘Production Cost Detail Report’ and ‘Manual & Transaction Voucher’ Customized Reports.

Resolution / Workaround: To prevent system hanging and slow performance, it is recommended not to run the two reports simultaneously. Additionally, server workload should be monitored regularly to identify any potential issues.
