8151 – Add -On Issue

Issue Summary: [8151] User Preferences are read-only in Add-On Administration, preventing users from editing them.

Resolution / Workaround: The default group was changed from ‘Mandatory’ to ‘Automatic’, allowing super users to change the usage of add-ons for other users.
