8059 – Difference of Orders Balance and Drill Down Balance of BP

Issue Summary: [8059] The balance of Orders displayed amount and drill down amount is different for BP ccode – 1361CT7219.

Resolution / Workaround: A system-related issue was identified, and the recommended SAP solution was applied. The ‘Restore Business Partners Balance’ function under the Support Desk was executed for the affected Business Partner in the live environment to correct the displayed balance.
