7560 – Item Upload Ticket Consumption Report
Issue Summary: [7560] The client requested a ticket consumption report for Item Upload in 2025, specifically the counted tickets list from January 1st to December 31st.
Resolution / Workaround: A new support ticket was created on behalf of the client to provide the required report. The support team provided an Excel file with the counted tickets list and informed the client that there were no remaining tickets available for use.
