Issue Summary: [7516] Mifida team requested a ticket report for Q3 2025, and the VG team provided the list of tickets and their balance.
Resolution / Workaround: The VG team created a support ticket (7516) to address the request, attached the ticket list report for Q3 2025, and informed Mifida about their current ticket balance. The issue was resolved, and the ticket was closed.
