7345 – Requesting to close the sales order and how to export the sales order report that includes pending, rejected and approved

Issue Summary: [7345] Customer requested assistance with exporting a sales order report that includes pending, rejected, and approved statuses in SAP. Additionally, they were unable to close certain sales orders.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by identifying that the sales orders in question had not gone through the approval process before updates were attempted. The customer was advised to follow the approval workflow for future changes. To export the sales order report with pending, rejected, and approved statuses, the customer was instructed to navigate to Administration > Approval Process > Approval Decision Report and select the relevant filters.
