7217 – Purchase order No disorder

Issue Summary: [7217] The purchase order number was incorrectly assigned, causing a disorder in the system.

Resolution / Workaround: Internal-2025-26-99 was manually updated and then Internal-2025-26-988 was used to resolve the issue.
