7052 – Gross Profit 100% Calculation in Sales Analysis Report
Issue Summary: [7052] Gross Profit % is displaying incorrectly as 100% in the Sales Analysis Report for a specific item.
Resolution / Workaround: The issue was caused by the ‘Last Evaluated Price’ setting not updating, which resulted in a 100% gross profit being shown. To resolve this, the Base Price Origin setting was changed from ‘Last Evaluated Price’ to ‘Item Cost’, and additional steps were taken to improve cost accuracy and reporting.
