6956 – BEYOND – YEAR END CLOSING FOR 2024-2025
Issue Summary: [6956] Year-end closing process for 2024-2025 fiscal year was requested and supported by Vanguard Support Team.
Resolution / Workaround: The Vanguard Support Team assisted the customer in testing the year-end closing process in UAT, assigned the ACCESS MATRIX & PROMOTION addon to the testing database, and completed the year-end process for all branches. The team also provided remote support during the process and ensured that all information was accurate before closing the ticket.
