Issue Summary: [6586] The client requested the ticket usage for 2025, including the ticket entitlement and a list of tickets from January 1 to February 10, 2025.
Resolution / Workaround: The respective Account Manager from the Sales Team provided the ticket entitlement information, and a ticket list report covering the period from January 1 to February 10, 2025 was also provided.
