8420 – COA user authorization change

Issue Summary: [8420] COA user authorization change: Balance field not visible due to incorrect authorizations.

Resolution / Workaround: The support team investigated the issue and found that the authorizations under Administration > System Initialization > Authorizations > General Authorizations were set to ‘No Authorization’. They changed these settings to ‘Full Authorization’, which resolved the issue and allowed the user to view the balances in the COA document.
