Unable to Start SAP and HANA service/ HDB Daemon not running

Issue Description: Cannot start the services and use SAP

Required Steps:

Check that did the IT person start/stop service as Vanguard’s suggestion.

Check the unexpected shut down issue happen or not on server.

If the service is Bare-metal server, check did they delete the backup log.

Assign the ticket to CTIF team member.
