8438 – Issue for COA Error

Issue Summary: [8438] The Tax Account does not appear in the selection list when creating a Journal Entry, resulting in an inability to post a Journal Entry using tax account.

Resolution / Workaround: To resolve this issue, uncheck the ‘Automatic Tax’ option in the Journal Entry window. This will allow manual selection of tax accounts assigned to Tax Groups and enable finding and selecting G/L Account 81106007 for manual posting.
