8419 – BEYOND – YEAR END CLOSING FOR 2025-2026

Issue Summary: [8419] Year-end closing process for FY2025-2026 required database restore and backup process assistance.

Resolution / Workaround: The support team assisted with the database restore, deployed the ACCESS MATRIX & PROMOTION add-on to the testing database, completed the live database backup process, and notified the client when each step was ready for use. The year-end closing process was successfully performed in both the testing and live databases.
