8377 – Approval Error

Issue Summary: [8377] Approval pending error occurred due to incorrect template configuration, causing approved outgoing payments to remain in a pending status.

Resolution / Workaround: The root cause was identified as an incorrect query under the ‘Outgoing Payments_GM’ template terms. To resolve the issue, the incorrect template was set to inactive status and a new template with the same name, originators, stage, document type, and terms was created.
