Issue Summary: [8275] Error -5002:Value in ‘Quantity’ cannot be zero [RIN1.Quantity][line: 1] occurred during Credit Memo processing.
Resolution / Workaround: The issue was caused by a batch item being converted to non-batch item and back to batch item, resulting in incorrect quantity. The root cause was identified as an integration run error where the item was incorrectly marked as batch item at the time of integration. A workaround was not provided, but the ticket was closed after confirmation from the customer.
