8105 – Urgent Inquriy GL Code in Sales Order 134447

Issue Summary: [8105] Client required assistance with selecting a General Ledger (GL) account from the Liability drawer and using it as a Revenue Account for a specific Item Group in Sales Order 134447.

Resolution / Workaround: The Support Team guided the client to update the GL account ‘Account Type’ to Sales, and recommended defining the Account Structure and G/L Account Name to accurately reflect the nature of the business transaction.
