7768 – SO Cancellation Date

Issue Summary: [7768] Customer requested clarification on the purpose and calculation of the Cancellation Date in a Sales Order document.

Resolution / Workaround: The Support Team clarified that the Cancellation Date is used in the ‘Pick and Pack Manager’ function under Inventory module, calculated as Delivery Date + Default Days for Order Cancellation. The Default Days for Order Cancellation can be set for the whole company in Administration > System Initialization > Document Settings.
