7721 – MM Warehouse Zero Setting

Issue Summary: [7721] The stock quantity of a Discount Item in the MM warehouse needed to be set to zero due to incorrect configuration.

Resolution / Workaround: Navigated to Module > Inventory > Inventory Transactions > Goods Issue, selected the Discount Item that required the stock adjustment, entered the current available stock quantity and clicked Add to issue out the stock and set the quantity to zero. The Discount Item was then marked as Inactive, and a new Discount Item configured for Sales Order use only was created.
