Issue Summary: [7234] Request to change password of SAP login for all accounts due to staff changes in the team.

Resolution / Workaround: The support team provided a user manual for the SAP user password change process and assisted with the password change process by going through it together for one user. The issue was resolved, and the ticket was closed after confirmation from the client.
