7137 – KTK: Request for Account Access and Authorization Issue
Issue Summary: [7137] The ktkpro01 user was unable to access certain menus, and some connected clients were also experiencing authorization issues.
Resolution / Workaround: Due to SSU’s constraints, the ‘Connected Clients’ and ‘License’ menus in the SAP system are not available and related to user authorization. To resolve this issue, the ‘Visible’ checkbox for the ‘Financial Report Templates’ menu was enabled in the ‘Form Settings – Main Menu’ window.
