6944 – ItemUpload 6 column

Issue Summary: [6944] Adding new 6 columns to Item Upload and renaming the current ‘Action’ column.

Resolution / Workaround: The issue was resolved by implementing the task, which involved modifying the logic and UI of the existing C# code. The development process took 3 days, but testing was a time-consuming process that required thorough examination from every point. After UAT and debugging, the Go-Live was successfully completed on June 4th, 2025.
