6601 – FW: Request support for year-end closure

Issue Summary: [6601] Customer requested support for year-end closure procedure walk-through with Vanguard Support.

Resolution / Workaround: The Year-End Closing Process for Financial Year 2023-2024 was executed in the SAP system. The customer was provided with the Year-End Closing Procedure Document, which outlined the necessary steps and key information required for verification within the system. The customer reviewed and validated the relevant reports and financial data to ensure accuracy. Once validation was complete, the next steps for testing in the Testing Database were coordinated and discussed. The process was successfully completed in the Live Database.
