Issue Description: unable to log to SAP with BAS
Required Steps:
- Check all SAP users facing this issue or a specific user.
- Login SAP from the SAP client.
- Check whether restart the BAS service.
- Confirm IT to check the time between the SAP server and BAS server
- Assign the ticket to CTIF team member.
