Issue Description: unable to use the system

Required Steps:
- Check all users facing this issue or a specific user.
- Try login with another PC for checking internet connection issue or not.
- Try login with the actual TSPlus login link (eg. vcs.sapb1mm.com, vcsb.sapb1mm.com or vcsccc.sapb1mm.com) without including other information.
- Assign the ticket to CTIF team member.
