Invalid Credential

Required Steps:

  • Check correct SAP username and password, try login again with another browser or computer.
  • Check with CTIF team for the correct password or request to unlock the user (TSPlus Login Username)
  • Check the TSPlus username which is owned by client name. (eg. KSHPRO02, APQPRO01 is from PME.)
  • Check the correct TSPlus Login URL (eg. vcshk.sapb1mm.com, vcsbkk.sapb1mm.com, etc.)
  • Assign the ticket to CTIF team member.
