Issue Description: Specific client issue
- Normally, Vanguard CTIF team do HANA installation and version upgrade process at operation downtime. Issue happened environment may not Vanguard’s CTIF installation and maintenance management.
Required Steps:
- Check with the client the information of install or upgrade. (eg. wants to test new feature, or wants to solve the SAP related issue)
- Check with the client whether Installation or upgrade process was facing on LIVE environment or testing environment.
- Assign the ticket to CTIF team member.
