Required Steps:
Check all users facing this issue or a specific user.
Try login with another PC for checking internet connection issue or not.
Try login with the actual TSPlus login link (eg. vcs.sapb1mm.com, vcsb.sapb1mm.com or vcsccc.sapb1mm.com) without including other information.
Assign the ticket to CTIF team member
