Remote Desktop Connection Issue

Issue Description: Unable to login to the server with Remote Desktop Application

Required Steps:

Check the lastest successful login data and time.

Check any network changes at their site or do they get information update from Vanguard.

Try to test login with the customer provided IP addresses at Vanguard Office Network.

If the issue still persists, assign the ticket to CTIF team member.
